According to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, it is imperative for businesses and organisations to maintain fire protection systems effectively within their premises.
At CCS Fire Services, we conduct comprehensive compartmentation and fire door surveys to assess the existing fire protection measures in a building. Our detailed reports outline the locations, current measures implemented, areas for enhancement, and recommended actions.

COMPARTMENTATION SURVEY
The objective of a fire compartmentation survey is to thoroughly examine and evaluate the condition of all compartment walls, floors, as well as risers above and below. Additionally, the survey encompasses the assessment of thoroughfares such as corridors, along with any specific areas highlighted within the fire risk plan.
A comprehensive report is then provided to the client, detailing findings from each area inspected. This report identifies any areas of concern and is accompanied by expert advice and recommendations.
